How ooLEO handles your account, your data, and your proposals.
Terms of use
By using ooLEO you agree to use the platform to research and respond to public opportunities in good faith. You are responsible for the accuracy of the firm and proposal information you enter, and for complying with the rules of any agency you submit to.
Your data
Your firm profile, proposals, and uploaded documents belong to you. We process them only to operate ooLEO for your organization — surfacing opportunities, drafting responses, and tracking submissions. We do not sell your data.
Privacy
We store the minimum personal information needed to run your account: your name, work email, and role. Notification and analytics preferences are yours to control under Settings → Security & Privacy.
Sharing & access
Teammates and partners can only see what your organization's access controls allow. Partner access is time-boxed and revocable from User Management.
Changes
We will surface material changes to these terms in-app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
